Doctor of Education in Curriculum and Instruction - emphasis in Educational Technology
Our Ed.D. in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis on Educational Technology prepares professional practitioners or stewards of practice (Perry & Imig, 2008). The online EdD in Educational Technology program is online except for an on-campus component for 2.5 days before you begin the program and one week during the first and second year of your program (in late June). .
The degree is designed for individuals who are currently working in professional practice including, but not limited to, K-12 classrooms and technology administration, virtual school teaching and administration, post-secondary teaching, instructional design, faculty development, professional development, technology support and online teaching and learning leadership. Ideal candidates desire to advance within professional practice settings.
